Lifetime WORKMANSHIP Warranty
What “Lifetime” Means
“Lifetime” refers to the period of time that you, the original property owner, own and reside in the home where the work was completed.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer unless otherwise stated in writing.
Lifetime WORKMANSHIP Warranty
What Is Not Covered
While we stand behind our workmanship, this warranty does not cover:
- Manufacturer defects or product failure (covered under manufacturer warranties)
- Damage caused by severe weather, storms, or natural disasters
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance or neglect
- Alterations, repairs, or modifications made by other contractors or third parties
- Normal wear and tear over time
Manufacturer Warranties
Many of the products we install, including fiber cement siding, come with their own manufacturer warranties.
For example, James Hardie® siding products are backed by industry-leading warranties, including coverage enhanced by ColorPlus® Technology for long-lasting color performance.
Our workmanship warranty is separate and specifically covers the quality of installation.
